LESS TO HOLD IN YOUR HEAD

A clearer story.
A gentler way to keep it.

Some details matter later. Steady Meadow gives you a place to keep them without turning every day into a score.

01

Notice the everyday

Save check-ins, difficult moments, context, and things you found helpful. Start with a template that suits your experience.

02

Keep what helps close

Write your personal support plan. Try optional grounding, comfortable breathing, or one small next step, when it feels useful.

03

Bring your own story

Preview a 14-day visit summary before deciding where to share it. Your notes can support a conversation without pretending to explain a cause.

A LITTLE FRIEND ON THEIR WRIST

“I feel funny.”
A place to start.

The child’s Watch experience puts a familiar button within reach. A watch-face complication opens a simple save screen. Notes save on the Watch even when the phone is away.

When the normally paired devices reconnect, pending records can transfer to the journal. A saved note is not an alert, and does not mean an adult has seen it.

TWO WAYS TO MAKE IT YOURS

Your meadow.
The setup that fits.

FOR ME

My journal. My support.

Use the phone and its normally paired Watch for the same person, with a quieter illustrated Watch experience and optional phone Health import.

FOR A CHILD I SUPPORT

A child’s companion.
An adult’s view.

Sprout on the child’s Watch; the journal and support plan organized by an adult on the normally paired iPhone. Phone Health imports are disabled in this mode.

One wearer per journal. Changing modes keeps existing records. It does not separate shared Health history. Apple Watch For Your Kids / Family Setup, remote caregiver accounts, and a second caregiver phone are not supported. Understand the setup
